By accessing or using Natal Sky (the "Service") at astrologyomaha.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you ("you", "user") and the operator of Natal Sky ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and subscribe. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If you are between 16 and 18, you may use the free portion of the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to anyone under 16 (under 13 in the United States).

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalents), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting your trial or paid subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service before the 14-day period expires and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun (Art. 16(m)). Despite this, we offer voluntary refunds at our discretion within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you have not extensively used the Service.
All sales are final after the trial period ends. Refunds for renewal charges may be granted at our discretion within 7 days of the charge if the Service was not used. Contact hello@astrologyomaha.com with your request.
California residents may cancel subscriptions and obtain refunds in accordance with California's Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17602). You may cancel online at any time without speaking to a representative.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service. We do not store full card details; we only receive a tokenized customer ID and metadata (country, last 4 digits, brand).
If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge in line with Stripe's smart retry logic. After multiple failures, your subscription is paused and Premium access is revoked until payment is updated.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by your local tax authority that are not collected at checkout.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Natal Sky for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you provide (name, birth data, partner data). By providing it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to provide any data about other persons (e.g., compatibility partners) — including their consent where required by applicable law. We strongly recommend you only enter data about persons who have agreed to such use.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
All content of the Service — including text, illustrations, design system, software code, database structure, and the "Natal Sky" brand and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The compositional structure of horoscopes, archetypes, and interpretations represents our original creative expression and is protected. You may share screenshots of your personal readings on social media for non-commercial purposes with attribution to Natal Sky.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrological calculations are scientifically accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natal Sky, its operators, contractors and licensors from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any rights of another person, (c) your misuse of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time via in-app deletion or by emailing us. Termination cancels future renewals; you retain Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse. In such cases, you forfeit any remaining subscription time and unused trial.
Sections that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes, governing law) remain in effect after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/UK, you retain the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection law.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
For disputes under USD 10,000 you may choose small claims court in your county of residence in lieu of arbitration.
We may modify these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. For material changes (e.g., pricing, refunds, dispute resolution), we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel your subscription before the date.
